How scoring works

Upload your data

Drop a CSV export from any platform. We auto-detect the channel and map columns to the right metrics.

Set your goal (optional)

Choose awareness, engagement, conversion, authority, or community. This shifts how dimensions are weighted. No goal means equal weight.

Get your score

Each dimension is scored 0–100. If you have multiple data points, they become your baseline — each row is scored against your own average. The composite Supascore is the weighted combination.

Read the insights

Three plain-text insights tell you what is working, what needs attention, and where to focus next.

Confidence shows how many of the four dimensions had data to score. 4/4 is a complete picture. 2/4 means the score is directional.
